What is FakeBet?
FakeBet is a sports betting demo platform where every player starts with two fake wallets, $1,000 ranked and $100,000 casual, and the odds come from real-world games — the Premier League, Champions League, NBA, NFL, NHL, and more. Place bets, track wins and losses, and climb the leaderboard. The matches are real. The money is not.
There are no deposits, no withdrawals, no card details, no KYC, and absolutely no real betting. FakeBet is a portfolio project, a sandbox for learning bet structure and risk, and a gambling-aware alternative to platforms that actually take your money.
Running low? Top up from the wallet pill once a wallet drops below its starting balance (up to three times a day), or start over from Settings once a day. That's the point.
Why?
Sports betting is a high-stakes activity where most participants lose money over time. The mechanics — odds, parlays, line movement, stake sizing — are easy to learn cheaply on paper or in a demo, and devastatingly expensive to learn live.
